I assist real estate investors in their acquisition strategy as well as sales and financing of core, core+ and value added assets including offices, warehouses, student housing, hotels, retails, both in France and as part of pan-European portfolios. Being a partner in this constantly developing notary firm, I advise French and international clientele. Supported by a team of experienced lawyers, I use my listening skills to offer clients a constructive approach tailored to their objectives and expectations combining with a open-mided approach.
