Hermano Souza
Biography
Hermano Souza is the SVP, Country Manager at Prologis Brazil and is responsible for managing the platform consisting of approximately 20 million square feet managed and under construction, with over U$1.6B of AUM and a team of 60 vibrant employees. He holds a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Pontifícia Universidade Católica Campinas, complemented by his MBA degrees from both Escola Politécnica USP (Poli-USP) and Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Before joining Prologis in 2019, Hermano Souza worked at some real estate related companies, which collectively gave him opportunity to build up 15 years of experience in industrial and logistics development.
