Will Dear
Biography
Will Dear is a Managing Director and Co-Head of European Real Estate for Sculptor Capital. In his role Mr. Dear focuses on equity and debt investments in the UK and Continental Europe across both traditional and niche asset classes. Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Mr. Dear was a partner at Crosstree Real Estate Partners, a London-based real estate private equity investment firm. Prior to Crosstree, Mr. Dear worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their European real estate and leisure investment banking team. Mr. Dear graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bristol.
