Ilias Harcha is a Director at UBS, specializing in Real Estate Co-investments & Secondaries within UBS Investment Bank. He brings over 11 years of buy-side experience, including four years at The Carlyle Group where he focused on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments in Europe. Prior to Carlyle, he was a Senior Associate at Moor Park Capital Partners and a Graduate Analyst at AXA Investment Managers. Harcha holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School.
