Biography
Curth-C. Flatow ist Gründer und Managing Partner der FAP Group. Als gelernter Bankkaufmann absolvierte er mehrere Stationen im Private und Investment Banking. Er war als Prokurist von Credit Suisse in Deutschland tätig, wo er unter anderem internationale Immobilieninvestments und Corporate sowie Real Estate Debt Transaktionen begleitete. Im Jahr 2005 gründete er FAP als Debt Advisor mit dem Fokus auf großvolumige Senior und Mezzanine Loans und baute das Geschäft seitdem zusammen mit seinem Team zur heutigen Plattform mit einem separaten Debt Investment Geschäft aus. FAP verfügt aktuell über Kapitalzusagen von mehr als € 1,1 Mrd. und zählt mit über € 18 Mrd. strukturiertem Fremdkapital zu den Marktführern mit dem Fokus auf Real Estate Debt.
