Rob Waterhouse is the Transactions Director at GSA Group, a leading global student accommodation provider, where he is part of the senior management within the Real Estate & Investment Management division. A chartered management accountant, Rob brings over 15 years of experience in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector, with six years at GSA. His expertise includes corporate and real estate transactions across various European markets, focusing on joint venture establishment, new market entry, debt raising, and corporate acquisitions. He is instrumental in the expansion of GSA's portfolio.
