Honoré Achille Simo

Achille is executive director leading the global client care program and the business development of the Value and Risk Advisory division (VRA) at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2007, he served as Project Controller at Drees & Sommer, a leading building consultancy in Europe. He started his career in 2002 as a Business Development Manager of a windows manufacturing company in Berlin. Achille graduated from the Technical University of Berlin with a degree in architecture, with focus on property development. He is Chartered Surveyor member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is co-chair of ULI’s Product Council “Office and Mixed-Use” in Europe and of the Product Council “Sustainable Cities” in Germany.
