Alex has been director of the US Developing Agency of the Canary Islands for and then moved to direct TINSA in Florida the US and Latam. Specialties: Hotel Valuations, Acquisitions and Development Feasibility Analysis for Residential development. Owns Canary Invest Asset managements managing all Petter Olsen companies in the Canaries and has worked projects like Villacortes, Abama, and Las Madrigueras in Canary Islands. Master in Real Estate by FIU, Cornel Alumni, Instituto de Empresa Hotel Investing and MS of technology management by UT Texas.
