Biography
Marcus is an Investment Manager at Maderna, a special situations debt lender, where he focuses on asset-backed transactions between EUR 1.5 million and EUR 20 million. He is also Managing Partner and Head of Development at Palus, Maderna's sister company on the equity side, where he is currently leading two hotel projects and one residential project with a combined gross development value of more than EUR 350 million.
