Simon Passer
Biography
Simon started his real estate career in 2006 as a lender at Investec Bank plc, partnering with experienced property investors, asset managers and developers as part of the Structured Property Finance team. In 2013 Simon became a consultant to City & Docklands and simultaneously executed numerous real estate projects as a principal in and around London including the development of apartment schemes, high end houses, strategic planning gain transactions and the creation and eventual sale of a serviced office business. In March 2022 Simon joined City and Docklands as Managing Director with a primary responsibility for all new business and financing.

City & Docklands are currently focusing on the regeneration of west London with the delivery of 1,150 new homes across three sites in North Acton and Scrubs Lane, located within the OPDC, the UK’s largest regeneration area. One West Point in North Acton has reached practical completion, delivering 701 new homes across four buildings and is the tallest residential development in west London.
