Manuel Fernando Quinche

Manuel Fernando Quinche is the Head Partner at Cuatrecasas in Colombia, overseeing its Banking and Finance Practice. An expert in structured and project finance, infrastructure, and M&A, he's been pivotal in Colombia's largest M&A transactions. Quinche advises both national and international clients on corporate and project finance, including commercial bank and syndicated financing, capital markets, and infrastructure projects like roads, ports, and energy transmission. Recognized as "Lawyer of the Year" by Legal 500 Colombia Awards in Projects & Infrastructure (2025, 2024) and Best Lawyers in Banking & Finance (2025, 2023), he's consistently acknowledged by Chambers & Partners and others.
