Adnan Siddiqi serves as the Managing Director at Amstone Developments, a prominent property development and investment group in the UK. As a seasoned property developer, he has been pivotal in steering significant residential projects. Notably, Siddiqi led Amstone in securing planning for the £115m No. 1 Knightsbridge residential development in Stockport, set to deliver 563 new apartments and townhouses. He also played a crucial role in the successful Clippers Quay project, transforming a former cinema site in Salford Quays into a 614-apartment build-to-rent scheme, which included securing a £98.7m forward funding deal.
