Jaime Ortiga

Jaime Falquez Ortiga serves as the Vice President of Corporate Finance at ISA, a role he officially assumed on February 3, 2025. With over 30 years of expertise in corporate finance, energy, and infrastructure sectors, he has been a pivotal leader at ISA for more than two decades, previously holding the position of Director of Financial Resources for 13 years. Falquez Ortiga is recognized for his significant contributions, including leading financing operations exceeding USD 3.5 billion through corporate and project finance structures, which have been instrumental in ISA's growth and financial strengthening. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree, an MBA, and a specialization in finance from Universidad del Norte, along with executive education from institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania.
