Leonardo Miranda is a Partner at TozziniFreire Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil, where he specializes in Energy and Infrastructure, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). He focuses on M&A transactions, encompassing contractual, regulatory, and financial structuring of projects within these sectors. Miranda earned an LL.M. from the University of Dundee (UK) and an MBA in Corporate Law. His expertise is recognized by IFLR1000, Latin Lawyer 250, and The Legal 500.
