Biography

Eduardo Fischer Teixeira de Souza is the Presidente (Co-CEO) of MRV, a prominent Brazilian real estate company. Bringing over three decades of experience in the residential real estate sector, he commenced his journey at MRV in 1993 as a civil engineering intern. Mr. Fischer steadily advanced through various positions, including Construction Engineer and Production Director, acquiring comprehensive industry knowledge. He earned a Civil Engineering degree from FUMEC and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC MG. Appointed Co-CEO in 2014, he has been instrumental in MRV's strategic direction and operational success.
