Cristian Folino

Cristian Folino – Chief Risk Officer – Member of the Investment Committee Cristian joined CSAM as part of the MMREIT Investment Committee in September of 2017. He has over 25 years of professional experience in International Banking, Corporate Finance, Commercial Real Estate and Investment Management. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, from 2015 to 2017, Cristian was CFO and CIO of Alignmex Real Estate Capital where he raised the first public multifamily development fund in Mexico. Prior to this, from 1997 to 2015, Cristian held several positions including Chief Risk officer of GE Capital Real Estate where he managed a commercial Real Estate debt and equity portfolio of over $ 5 Billion USD.
