Biography

Gaurav has extensive experience across real asset classes & investment strategies on a pan India basis. He has led transactions across Offices, Hotels, Retail, Residential & Warehousing assets. He has worked with marque investors, including global pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, global insurance companies, development finance institutions and domestic funds. He has led multiple capital raises, cumulating to ~ US$ 1.5 billion + of funds raised for investments in India. As part of his ~17 years professional journey, Gaurav has the unique experience of being a part of leadership cadres at Godrej group (Godrej Leadership Forum) and Tata Group (Tata Administrative Services).
