Biography
Florian Goutte is Head of Latam Development - Solar & Wind at Groupe VALECO in Mexico. He has been instrumental in the company's expansion into the Latin American renewable energy market since its 2015 entry, focusing on commercial and industrial scale PV systems and project financing. Goutte's expertise includes both solar and wind energy development, contributing to strategic planning for on-site Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and distributed generation. He is a Civil Engineer from the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne.
