Biography
Andrés Sánchez is the Founder of Excem Real Estate, a company he established in 2015. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, he previously served as CEO of Excem Real Estate until November 2022. Sánchez holds a Law degree and a Master's in Urbanism. He has been instrumental in the development of diverse real estate projects, including luxury residential initiatives like Liora in Estepona, in collaboration with Pininfarina. His vision has also driven Excem Group's expansion into co-working, co-living, and hostel segments.
