Daanish is Group Executive Vice President in the Sustainable Investment Banking team at YES Securities, a 100% subsidiary of YES BANK. Daanish has over 15 years of experience in business consulting & corporate finance in renewable energy, power, infrastructure & healthcare sector. In his current role as a renewable energy specialist with SIB, Daanish has been involved in multiple transactions including M&A, mezzanine / PE fund raise, strategic buy side advisors for an international fund / strategic player, primary market listings & green bond raise. Daanish also leads the Healthcare Investment Banking coverage for YES Securities with a special focus on Tier 2 cities / affordable healthcare.
