Ronen Journo is Senior Managing Director, European Head of Management Services at Hines, where he joined in 2020. He spearheads property management operations and customer experience across Europe, focusing on creating people-centric and technology-driven workplaces. An expert in global workplace trends and corporate real estate with over 25 years of experience, Ronen previously served as Senior Vice President for Enterprise and Workplace at WeWork, leading the "We campus" concept and "Powered By We" in Europe. Before WeWork, he spent over two decades at Cisco as Managing Director for Workplace Resources and EMEA Operations. He also contributes to the Urban Land Institute and advises various Proptech businesses.
