Łukasz Białecki

Łukasz Białecki is the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Spravia Sp. Z O.O. since 2025. He is responsible for financial management, accounting, controlling, and reporting for the company. With over 15 years of experience in real estate finance, he previously served as Director, Head of Commercial Real Estate Financing at Bank Pekao SA for eight years, overseeing financing for all industry sectors exceeding PLN 15 billion. His background also includes corporate finance at EY. Mr. Białecki holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warsaw, a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).
