In years 1991-95 worked as Senior Official for Poland's Government responsible for restructuring and privatization of more than 9500 companies ( Director in Ministry for Privatization) and Deputy President of State Agency for Foreign Investments (PAIZ). In years 1995-1999 Director in Bank Austria Creditanstalt ( structured finance and project finance Division, Gdansk branch office Director).
