Biography
Joe Guilfoyle is Co-Head of Savills Capital Advisors in London, a team delivering integrated structuring, financing, and transactional services across all real estate sectors. He specializes in M&A, equity raising, joint ventures, restructuring, and strategic analysis for real estate investors, owners, operators, and lenders. A dual-qualified chartered accountant and chartered surveyor, Joe brings over 17 years of transactional experience across the UK & EMEA. He has completed over £15 billion in career transactions. Under his co-leadership, Savills Capital Advisors has closed over £12 billion in transactions in the last three years.
