Biography
Carlos Acevedo is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Mexico, where he leads the Valuation & Advisory division. He joined Newmark in 2017, bringing over 21 years of expertise in real estate valuation. With nearly 40 years of professional experience, including 24 in the real estate sector, Carlos specializes in appraising diverse asset types such as industrial, retail, office, and hospitality properties across national markets. Prior to Newmark, he headed appraisal divisions at Colliers International and BDI.
