Biography
Romain Frémont joined FREO in September 2019 as MD for France. He has 12 years of experience in real estate. After a position with an audit firm in the US, Romain joined CDC IXIS in 2002 (later acquired by Natixis bank) in financial engineering. He later joined Caisse des Dépôts banking group to develop financing activities in transport and healthcare infrastructure. He started in real estate with the French REIT ICADE to support the restructuring of real estate service companies. He subsequently started an asset management company as MD, which became Colliers International Investment & Asset Management (CIIAM), after its acquisition by Colliers from Icade in 2016.
