Oliver Cummings
Biography
Oliver is a Managing Director in Cain’s European investment team and leads the firm’s PBSA strategies. He has more than 15 years of investment and development experience extending to over 16,000 beds across the UK, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Previously, Oliver was an investment officer and head of European student housing asset management at W. P. Carey, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, financing, delivery, asset management and disposal of over 10,000 beds on behalf of managed funds. Prior to that, Oliver specialised in PBSA at Dartmoor Capital Management. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Management from the University of Reading.
