Biography

I am the proud Managing Partner of Imoteca - The residential experts, a successful RE company in Romania, with a Human2Human approach. After 20 years, a track record of 5000 transactions (1BillonEuros), we have a deep understanding to inspire a paradigm shift in the RE industry. Therefore in 2020 I launched Grupo Demetra. Acting as advisor&developer, our purpose is to be the change agent, encouraging others to thrive into a liquid RE model and Think Beyond Buildings.

In 2023 we launch Demetra Sat Gulia (A village within a village) and Demetra Tineretului Park (Reimagine urban life); two sustainable living destinations, offering a positive environment for people, a positive return for investors and a positive impact for our planet.
