Rudolf Araneda-Kauert

Mr. Araneda joined the Arroyo Energy Group ln 2014 as Fund II was being formed and serves as the Head of the team’s office in Santiago, Chile. With more than 30 years’ experience in power and energy, he is responsible for asset management, origination of off-take contracts and development of new opportunities in the Pacific facing countries in South America with a special focus on opportunities in Chile. Previously, Mr. Araneda served as CEO of GasAtacama for 16 years, from its planning and construction phases through commercial operations. GasAtacama owns and operates a 1,200 KM gas pipeline transporting gas from Argentina to the Northern Grid of Chile and two 370 MW gas-fired combined-cycle facilities located in northern Chile.
