Biography
Alexander Heubes is the Managing Director Europe for Frasers Property Industrial. Alexander joined the multi-national industrial and logistics market leading business in April 2020. In Europe, the business currently manages approx. € 1.7 billion (AUM) which corresponds to approximately 1.5M sqm as at 30 September 2020 The European business is managed from offices in Amsterdam, Cologne and Munich. Previously, Alexander spent almost 13 years with Prologis, a U.S. owner/developer of logistics real estate. Today he is leading the European team of over 60 employees at Frasers Property Industrial,focusing on providing market-leading solutions for customers, portfolio management and sustainable growth through new developments and acquisitions.
