Fernando Ziziotti

Fernando Ziziotti is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Infrastructure Group, where he is responsible for all legal aspects of infrastructure transactions in South America. He also provides legal support to Brookfield Infrastructure's portfolio companies. Joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Ziziotti previously worked as an associate at prominent law firms in Brazil and New York, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He holds a law degree from Universidade de São Paulo and an LL.M. from Stanford Law School, and serves on the Board of NTS.
