Felix McKenna

Felix McKenna was recently appointed CEO of Urbeo Residential, a newly created vehicle to bring long-term institutional investment to the rental housing sector. The Fund will acquire residential property predominantly in the Greater Dublin Area and will target an overall tenant mix of approximately 75% market renters and the balance in supported tenancies through various State schemes. A chartered surveyor, and barrister, by profession, Felix has over 30 years experience in real estate asset management. Prior to joining Urbeo, he was Deputy Head of Asset Management at the National Asset Management Agency, and a member of the NAMA Executive team where he had responsibility for social housing delivery
