Biography

Thomas Gut, MRICS, Dipl.-Kfm. (FH), serves as Head of Real Estate / Portfolio Management at Hamburger Pensionsverwaltung eG (HAPEV). With over 37 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has been responsible for real estate investments managed by HAPEV since January 2016. In this role, he has overseen approximately 120 national and international real estate transactions valued at around 3 billion Euros. Thomas manages real estate assets under management totaling about 3.5 billion Euros, strategically diversified across Europe and various sectors including office, retail, residential, hotels, and logistics. His extensive career includes prior positions at Sf-Bau Projektentwicklung, HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung, and Union Investment.
