Paulo Sérgio Vandor is a Sócio-Diretor (Partner and Head of the São Paulo office) at L.E.K. Consulting, bringing extensive expertise in corporate and competitive growth strategies, organizational transformation, and operational restructuring across various capital-intensive sectors. Before joining L.E.K. Consulting in 2013, he was a partner at Monitor Brazil, where he focused on commercial due diligence for acquisitions and divestments. Mr. Vandor began his consulting career at McKinsey & Company and holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP in São Paulo, Brazil. His specializations include Transportation & Tourism, Industrial, Energy & Environment, Business Services, and Private Equity.
