Rudolf Nemes is the CEO Industrial and Logistic Real Estate at HelloParks, a Futureal Group company based in Hungary. With 22 years of real estate experience, he joined Futureal in 2020 to lead HelloParks. Under his guidance, HelloParks has become Hungary's third-largest industrial developer, building a 900,000 m2 sustainable logistics and industrial real estate portfolio. He previously held leadership roles at CTP and CIB Bank, demonstrating extensive expertise in asset management and real estate development. Nemes focuses on environmentally-conscious and sustainable industrial properties, achieving BREEAM Outstanding certifications.
