Luisa González Buendía is the Chief Executive Officer of Visum Capital, a leading real estate investment manager in Colombia, a role she assumed in June 2025. With over 15 years of expertise in the investment and real estate sectors, Ms. González has a distinguished track record of leading portfolio expansion and diversification. Her experience includes significant contributions at organizations such as PEI Asset Management, Ashmore, and Egon Zehnder. She has successfully negotiated and closed real estate acquisitions exceeding $5.5 trillion. Ms. González holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes and an MBA from Insead.
