Hugo Black

Hugo Black is the CEO of Sable Capital Partners, a UK real estate company specializing in residential assets, including multi-family, single-family, and senior living. He brings 20 years of extensive real estate investment experience to his role. Previously a Partner at Europa Capital, Hugo was instrumental in investing approximately £1.5 billion into residential assets across the UK and Scandinavia. During his tenure, he launched Europa's vertically integrated Build-to-Rent management platform in 2019 and senior living products in 2021. Black qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and subsequently as a Chartered Surveyor. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Cass Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Edinburgh.
