Manuel de La Cruz is the Andalusian Territorial Director at Banco Santander, appointed in July 2021. With over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, he previously served as CEO of Santander Colombia for five years, overseeing seven societies, including corporate and investment banking. His career also includes leadership roles as Director of Global Santander Select and various positions at Banesto, where he managed private and personal banking. Manuel holds a degree in Economic and Business Sciences and an MBA. He was awarded Colombia's "Cruz Gran Caballero" for his contributions to the country's development.
