B K Malagi is Qualified Civil Engineer with 36 years of rich experience out of which 27 years in Real Estate across all Geographical Areas of India and few International locations like Maldives, Netherlands, China & Thailand. Working in Experion Developers Pvt Ltd since 2011 at various levels starting from President projects to Chief Operating officer and Whole Time Director. He was South BU Head of DLF Ltd for a brief period of 15 months in 2022-2023. Earlier he has worked in Tata Housing Development Company for 12 years in 2 stints and the last position held was Regional Engineering Head of South & West India and International projects before joining Experion in 2011.
