Favi Stelian
Biography
Favi Stelian serves as the Managing Director of Shikun & Binui RED, bringing over 25 years of extensive international experience in real estate, renewable energy, business, finance, and accounting. He previously served as CEO of Shikun & Binui Romania from 2010 until the end of 2021, coordinating major real estate developments, including the City Point, Green Point, and New Point complexes. Mr. Stelian holds a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, specializing in capital funds, intellectual property, and international commerce, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and is a certified public accountant. His career highlights include significant contributions to the development of residential and energy projects in Romania.
