Howard Sefton serves as Senior Investment Director at Ingenious Real Estate, where he is responsible for the origination, assessment, and management of debt investments across the real estate sector. He provides critical lending and bridging finance solutions for projects in England & Wales. With extensive experience in real estate financing and debt restructuring, Howard previously spent nine years at The Royal Bank of Scotland and two years with Deutsche Bank's European Real Estate Credit team. A graduate of the University of Birmingham, he has consistently focused his career on real estate lending. Howard plays a role in Ingenious Real Estate's commitment to sustainable developments, supporting innovative projects like the Leeds Climate Innovation District.
