Chris Hunt

Chris Hunt is the Co-founder and Partner at V7 Asset Management, an asset and development management company established in 2015. With over 20 years of real estate experience and an RICS membership, Chris drives V7's business strategy, growth, new concepts, marketing, and leasing. He leads development projects and sources investment opportunities. His achievements include acquiring over £500m in assets, managing £200m in capex projects, letting 350,000 sq ft of office space, and securing planning for over 575,000 sq ft. Prior to co-founding V7, he gained valuable experience at Cushman & Wakefield and Legal & General Investment Management. Chris plays a crucial role in transforming office buildings into sustainable, service-led workspaces.
