Odile Batsere
Biography
Odile Batsere serves as the CSR and Innovation Director at Société de la Tour Eiffel, a position she has held since shifting her focus to Corporate Social Responsibility in 2013. Demonstrating her leadership in sustainable real estate, she has also been the President of the Observatoire de l'Immobilier Durable (OID) since October 2023. Her expertise lies in driving Société de la Tour Eiffel's CSR policy, promoting real estate decarbonization, and addressing the implications of regulations like the CSRD directive. She previously gained extensive experience in real estate management and asset management, including contributing to the development of the Altafund business property investment fund.

Société De La Tour Eiffel
The Société de la Tour Eiffel was bought in July 2003, and in January 2004 it became a listed real estate company with SIIC (Société d'Investissements Immobiliers Cotée) status. The Eiffel Tower company specializes in corporate real estate and in particular in office real estate located in Ghent Paris and in the provinces. Since 2015, the Société de la Tour Eiffel has been a leading player in office real estate in France.
