Biography
Pierre-Yves Bonnaud serves as the Director of Asset Management and Client Management at Société Foncière Lyonnaise, a role he assumed in 2016. A graduate of ESTP Cachan and ESSEC Business School, he is responsible for the company's asset, property, and portfolio management functions, focusing on enhancing property yields and client relations. Prior to SFL, he gained extensive experience at Mercialys and CBRE Investors, where he held various asset management and financial analysis positions.
