Biography
Nicky Barker is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Asset Management at KKR (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts) in London, joining in 2019. She is a member of the European Real Estate team. Prior to KKR, Ms. Barker spent 11 years at The Carlyle Group, focusing on opportunistic investments in the U.K., Netherlands, and Ireland across various sectors. She holds an MSc in Surveying from The College of Estate Management. Her expertise lies in real estate asset management.
