Jonathan Haas
Biography
Jonathan Haas is responsible for the origination of mezzanine and mortgage loans across Europe and the UK. Jonathan also maintains relationships with key clients across the UK & Europe and plays an active role in the management of RECP’s loans and portfolio. Prior to joining RBC, Jonathan worked in the New York and London offices of Blackstone’s Commercial Real Estate Lending business (BXMT & BREDS) where he was responsible for the origination, underwriting and management of commercial real estate loans & preferred equity to value-add and opportunistic sponsors as well as for the work-out of special situation credits. Jonathan joined Blackstone from Morgan Stanley, where he worked in real estate investment banking advisory across EMEA.
