Biography

Cezary Półtorak is the senior FASHION HOUSE Group manager in control of Retail Operations on Russian and Romanian markets. He has worked in outlet industry since 2007 and had previously headed-up businesses in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria and Serbia. Prior to working with FASHION HOUSE Group, Cezary headed fashion retail businesses based in Poland and Russia.
