Massimo Massih

Massimo is a Partner at caleus capital investors (“caleus”). caleus is a partner owned real estate investment management firm. Since 2010, caleus has grown into a preeminent investor and asset manager in ‘manage-to-core’ strategies for real estate situated in Berlin and across Germany.Massimo joined caleus in 2012 and is responsible for the execution of caleus’ commercial investments and capital sourcing efforts. Prior to joining caleus he worked with Deutsche Bank as part of the Real Estate Special Situations Group in London. He has worked on the structuring and executions of transactions across asset classes, jurisdiction and investment products including senior debt, mezzanine and direct equity.
