Sunil Jain

Sunil Jain serves as the Operating Partner for Energy Transitions at Essar Capital, leveraging over three decades of diverse experience across renewable energy, automotive, infrastructure, manufacturing, and cleantech sectors. Prior to his current role, he was the CEO & ED at Hero Future Energies, where he significantly contributed to its growth as one of India's leading Independent Power Producers. Mr. Jain is a fervent advocate for sustainability and green energy, actively promoting policy advancements in the sector. He holds an engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
