Renzo Misitano
Biography
Prior to joining Dea Capital RE, Renzo was Director of Development for Bizzi & Partners Development Spa where he was responsible to manage multiple development projects totaling about € 4.5 billion of assets under management. Previously, he was Director of Asset and Development for Prelios (Pirelli RE) S.p.A. (2004-2011) where he was responsible for the real estate development and refurbishment projects in Italy (residential, office, retail, industrial and tourism). Previously, he spent 13 years in the USA where, after completed his education (B.S. Civil Engineering), he worked for construction, development and project management companies achieving a solid knowledge and understanding of the real estate business.
